What You Need to Know about Trey Branham

Trey Branham is a partner with Dean Omar Branham Shirley, a law firm that deals with litigations on the rights and safety of employees. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Florida State University in 1992. He later pursued law and graduated with a law degree from the University of South California in 1999. 

Trey Branham attributes his success to his family, who inculcated values of hard work, commitment, and sacrifice in him. His mother was a key pillar in his journey and taught him the importance of work ethics. He recounts his childhood days when he would fall sick and had to sleep under her mother’s desk at work to wait for her to finish the work. 

Trey Branham says his mission was to help people overcome life-threatening problems. Most of his clients don’t pursue vengeance but want to use the justice system to deter the vicious acts from happening to other people. He expresses displeasure of employers who only think about making profits in total disregard for the welfare of their employees or the safety of their products. He says that his clients want their voices heard, and it gives him a pleasure to enable his clients’ issues to be known. 

Trey Branham’s career trajectory has grown in leaps and bounds. He has served in U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. Court of Appeals – Fifth Circuit, U.S. Court of Appeals – Sixth Circuit, and U.S. District Court of Texas Eastern District. He has received many accolades, including Texas Super Lawyers and Texas Rising Stars.
